HOA Dues
Virginia City Ranches Association (VCRA) is a volunteer-run organization registered with the State of Montana. Our goal is to preserve the rural character of the neighborhood, where living here still feels like being on your grandfather’s ranch. To support this mission, each property owner is asked to contribute $100 per developed lot and $50 per undeveloped lot annually. These contributions help cover the ongoing expenses of the community, including property taxes, insurance, road maintenance, snow removal, and weed control.
