Common Areas

The Virginia City Ranches HOA maintains a number of shared spaces that support the rural character and functionality of our community. Our primary common area includes the network of gravel roads that provide access to all 320 lots and are maintained through the HOA’s Road Improvement District. These roads are regularly graded and managed to ensure safe travel year-round. In addition, the community includes open space easements along many properties, helping to preserve scenic views, wildlife corridors, and the quiet, open feel of the ranchland. While there are no centralized amenities like parks or clubhouses, the HOA’s efforts to maintain roads and open areas are key to protecting property values and the natural setting that residents value.
