Road Improvement District (RID)

To help maintain the roads within Virginia City Ranches, the community is part of a county-managed Road Improvement District (RID). This funding supports regular road grading, maintenance, and snowplowing throughout the year. The RID fee is currently $250 per year per lot and is collected through your county property taxes. These funds are essential to keeping our road system safe and accessible in all seasons.
